- 30+ days late: may go to collections
- We may refuse future service for unpaid balances
Job Site Conditions
You are responsible for preparing your property, including:
- Securing pets
- Removing obstacles
- Providing water access
Additional fees may apply if conditions prevent completion.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues such as:
- Oxidation
- Loose paint
- Aging materials
- Structural defects
Cleaning may reveal existing imperfections.
Service Limitations
Some stains or discoloration may not be fully removable. We will not use methods that risk damaging surfaces just to improve appearance.
